Meet the founder

I’m Joshua Logan, founder of Super Home Solutions. My background is in facilities maintenance, my strongest areas are HVAC and plumbing, and I’m EPA Section 608 Universal certified.

Maintenance work taught me that keeping a home in good shape takes more than fixing what breaks. It means understanding how systems work and catching small problems early — and explaining all of it in plain language.

Our service standards

What you can expect from us on every job, large or small.

  • Our mistake, our cost

If a problem is caused by our technician’s mistake, we fix it free — the labor and any replacement parts.

  • A clear plan before work starts

You’ll know what we intend to do and what it will cost before we pick up a tool.

  • On time, or a heads-up

If we’re running late, you’ll hear it from us — not figure it out from the window.

  • Your home, treated with respect

We protect floors and furniture where we work and clean up before we leave.

  • Explained, not just fixed

We show you what we found, what we did, and what to keep an eye on.

  • Straight answers

If a job isn’t one we should take on, we’ll say so instead of guessing.

How it works

Four steps from first message to finished job.

  1. Tell us about the job

Send an estimate request with a short description. Photos help, and you can email them after.

  2. We follow up

We contact you the way you prefer to confirm details and set up a time.

  3. Clear estimate, then the work

You approve the scope and price first. Then we do the job carefully and completely.

  4. Walkthrough

We show you the finished work and answer questions before we head out.

Refer a neighbor — you both get $25 off

When someone you send our way books a job, they get $25 off and so do you on your next service. Just have them mention your name when they book.

Book and mention who sent you
