What’s included
Free labor on HVAC and plumbing repairs
No charge for labor on covered repairs, with no cap on the number of repair visits.
Small parts included
Parts under $15 are included at no cost. Larger parts are purchased by the member.
Two full HVAC tune-ups a year
Spring for cooling and fall for heating: coil cleaning, filter change, and a full system inspection.
Two quarterly home checks
Condensate drain line flush, filter check, thermostat check, smoke and CO detector test, a look under sinks and toilets for leaks, and a water heater check.
The fine print, in plain words
- 12-month commitment, billed monthly.
- Free repair labor begins 30 days after you join.
- Covers repairs to existing HVAC and plumbing. Replacing or installing new equipment is quoted separately.
- Parts under $15 are included; other parts are purchased by the member.
- Electrical repairs are not currently included.
