Meet Joshua Logan
Founder, Super Home Solutions
I’m Joshua Logan, the founder of Super Home Solutions. My background is in facilities maintenance, and my strongest areas are HVAC and plumbing. I’m EPA Section 608 Universal certified for HVAC and refrigerant work.
Maintenance work taught me that keeping a property in good condition takes more than fixing things when they break. It takes understanding how systems work, paying attention to details, and catching small problems before they become big ones. That’s why preventive maintenance is at the heart of what I do.
When someone lets a service professional into their home, they’re placing trust in that person. I take that seriously. You’ll get straight answers, respect for your home and your time, and a clear explanation of what I found and what your options are. You don’t need to know how your home’s systems work to ask me about them.
I’m building Super Home Solutions one customer and one commitment at a time, with the goal of growing into a team that holds every job to the same standard.

Experience and training
Working in homes and buildings across metro Atlanta since 2019.
2024 – present
Engineering Supervisor, full-service Atlanta hotel
Leads maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC, and coordinates projects with contractors and vendors.
2023 – 2024
Residential maintenance technician
Home repairs including appliances, HVAC units, circuit and wiring replacements, and drywall.
2022 – 2023
Commercial plumbing projects
Replaced a hotel’s copper water risers with PEX, and installed PEX, cast iron, and copper drain lines.
2019 – 2022
In-home service technician, metro Atlanta
Installed and troubleshot equipment in homes across Atlanta and surrounding areas.
